Moments in Life : Japan

Nestled in the hills near Aso-san, lies the tiny village of Minamioguni. A day spent in reflection taking our time to enjoy the everyday moments of life. Tea at Takenokuma overlooking a sea of rice, listening to the sound of wind and water helps calm our mind of yesterday’s worries. 

We allow for thoughts to come and go. 

Our day ends at the edge of a lake looking towards the smoke pluming from Aso-San. This moment is a reminder that inside each of us, there is a space, a quiet place that we can tap into. If cared for, we can cultivate that space to be very healing and help us find balance in a chaotic world.
